Tech and design have been my world for a long time.
I started in IT support (in the late 90s!), worked my way into web management and large-scale digital projects, then ran my own small business for a while. Supporting small businesses has been my focus ever since.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means everything gets proper attention. You deal with one person throughout, someone who gets to know how your business actually works and gets on with things without needing much direction.
